Around the 27th of the month, the automatic debit for the membership fee of the following month is processed. If the automatic payment fails, for any reason, we will attempt to collect the payment again around the 14th of the month.
If, due to injury, illness, or work obligations, you are unable to use the gym for more than one month, we can freeze your membership for a maximum of 3 months. You can submit a request via info@healthclubzandvoort.nl, including a document (for example: a medical certificate or an official letter from your employer) that demonstrates the necessity for freezing. Freezing the membership is only possible for full calendar months, starting from the next calendar month.
The automatic direct debit will continue during the freeze period, up to the end date of the membership. After that, the membership will automatically be extended free of charge by the same period as the duration of the freeze.
Cancellation is possible by sending an email to info@healthclubzandvoort.nl with the subject “membership cancellation” or by submitting the cancellation via the tablet at the club. You will receive a confirmation at the email address provided during registration; this email is binding.
