Our experienced instructors provide intensive and varied group classes several times a week. The classes are designed for all ages and skill levels. In 30 to 60 minutes, you’ll work with a range of equipment: from kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells to the latest HIIT machines such as the airbike and SkiErg. Every workout is different, always challenging and effective. Training together motivates you and brings out the best in you.

HIIT

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) combines short, intensive efforts with rest periods. It is the method to quickly improve your fitness, burn calories, and build both strength and endurance.

Strength and Conditioning

A Strength & Conditioning class combines strength training with conditioning exercises to make your body both stronger and fitter overall. Through a mix of weights, cardio, and functional movements, you improve both your performance and your endurance.

Our BBB class focuses on strengthening and shaping your legs, glutes, and abs with varied and targeted exercises. This training not only improves your strength and endurance, but also helps you achieve a leaner and fitter body.

STRETCH

Improve your flexibility and mobility during this energetic and relaxing class. For the ideal balance between effort and relaxation, we combine stretching, yoga, and Pilates exercises. You will learn to move more consciously, improve your posture, and increase your range of motion in daily life.
